Training
Training is an essential part of Strength and Conditioning. Several different forms of training are used; with one collective objective to increase performance. Increased athletic performance is the results of the body reacting to the physical stimulus and stress caused by training. After the recovery period the body goes through a supercompensation period as a result of training where performance is increased. As mentioned earlier several different methods are used to increase performance, such as: Resistance exercise, Plyometric training, Olympic Lifting, Ballistic training and Occlusion training.
